Las Vegas employees spent their Easter helping the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation at their yearly Easter Extravaganza hosted by Lake Las Vegas.
Polar Bear Plunge Benefiting The Special Olympics Of Kentucky - February 2008
What's better than jumping into freezing cold water? Jumping in for charity! 53 employees from the Zappos Fulfillment Centers joined the annual Polar Bear Plunge benefiting the Special Olympics of Kentucky. These crazy employees wore their favorite 80's rock star gear and jumped into the freezing cold river. The high for the day was a chilly 36 degrees!
Toy Drive Benefiting The Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation - December 2007
Our Las Vegas employees showed their giving spirit by collecting over 700 toys to benefit the NCCF.
Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation's Santa's Workshop - December 2007
Our employees joined forces with the NCCF to assist with organizing a party for the children in the Oncology Unit at a local children's hospital. Volunteers assisted the children with arts and crafts, cookie decorating, and pictures and gifts from Santa.
Juvenile Diabetes - October 2007
A Pie Toss for a Good Cause. Our employees lined up for the chance to raise money for a good cause, and employees lined up to throw pies at their favorite managers. The pie toss raised over $980 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
